Terms of Service — Warm Whiskers

Welcome to Warm Whiskers. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Overview

This online store trades as Warm Whiskers (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms also include the policies referenced here: our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We aim to show our products, colours, prints and sizes accurately. Slight differences may occur because of lighting or screen settings. Please measure your pet and check the size guide before choosing a vest.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted. We may limit quantities or decline an order when an item is unavailable or there is an obvious listing error.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation after checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy explain delivery estimates, free standard shipping to the United States and Canada, returns and refunds. They form part of these Terms.

6. Pet comfort and safe use

Choose the size using your pet’s back length and chest measurement. When first putting on the vest, check that your pet can move comfortably and that the vest does not rub or feel too tight. Supervise your pet while wearing it and remove it if they show signs of discomfort or overheating.

The vest is pet clothing. It does not replace appropriate protection in extreme weather or veterinary advice.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to Warm Whiskers. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Responsibility

We are not responsible for problems caused by using the vest contrary to its instructions or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version available when you place your order applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
