Refund & Return Policy — Warm Whiskers

We want you and your pet to love your Warm Whiskers vest. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the vest must be clean, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging supplied. A brief indoor fitting to check the size is fine.

How to start a return

Email warmmwhiskers@gmail.com with your order number and tell us which vest you’d like to return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

  • If we sent the wrong item or your vest arrived faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping or arrange another suitable solution at no cost to you.
  • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, you pay the return shipping cost. Standard shipping on the original order is free in the United States and Canada.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or print? Contact us first. The simplest option is usually to return your vest and place a new order once the return is approved, subject to availability.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Bundles

The same 30-day return window applies to bundle purchases. For a full bundle refund, return all the vests in that bundle.

If you return only part of a bundle, your refund is the amount you paid minus the price that would have applied to the vests you keep at the time of your order. For example, if you paid $54.95 for two vests and keep one that cost $29.95 on its own, your refund is $25.00. Contact us before returning part of a bundle so we can confirm the amount.
