Shipping Policy — Warm Whiskers
At Warm Whiskers, we ship to the United States and Canada and want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible.
Processing time
We begin preparing your order after payment is confirmed. The delivery estimates below include processing and transit time. Preparation may take longer during holidays or busy periods. We’ll email you if we become aware of a significant delay.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered to the United States or Canada. There is no minimum spend.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery from order confirmation is:
- United States: 7–14 calendar days
- Canada: 12–17 calendar days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing can vary because of the destination, carrier delays, customs or busy periods.
Tracking your order
We’ll email you a tracking number when it becomes available. If your tracking information hasn’t updated for 5 business days, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Duties and taxes
Depending on where an order ships from, customs authorities or the carrier may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility. Standard shipping remains free.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once the order has shipped. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, email us as soon as possible with your order number and, for damage, photos if available. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
